This years鈥� IWD theme is #BreakTheBias.

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead.

GEN is keen to help combat this by highlighting the fantastic work women do at 老澳门资料.

Colleagues will be asked to 鈥済ive kudos鈥� on LinkedIn to the women who inspire, motivate and influence their day-to-day lives.

We have also created a photo collage of the female faces making up 老澳门资料, demonstrating how diversity and equality is a key to our success as a business.
